Experience an evening of dynamic meditation guided by Pramod, rooted in the Osho Active Meditation tradition — a somatic practice that blends movement, breath, sound and stillness to release tension held in the body and mind.
Osho Active Meditation differs from passive meditation by intentionally using the body as the entry point to presence and awareness, offering a structured yet expressive path into grounded stillness.
Pramod brings decades of experience as a body-based psychotherapist, teacher of bioenergetics and active meditation, and movement artist, creating a safe space for exploration and integration.
Whether you’re curious about somatic practice, looking for a way to unwind and ground, or interested in bringing more presence to your body and mind, this session offers a clear, accessible approach — moving through breath, body and sound into deeper calm.
Program:
– Arrival at Studio Plantasia, space to settle in and get comfortable
– Introduction to the practice and guidance on what to expect
– 1 hour guided Kundalini Active Meditation
– Tea & nibbles afterwards, to share and integrate together
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing for movement. Layers are recommended so you can transition from dynamic movement to stillness and reflection.
