In Common - Practicing Meliorism [members and +1s]
🌿 About Event
We’re flooded with information and starved for integration. This guided circle offers a pause — a place to breathe, listen inward, and rediscover what matters most.
Through the practice of Meliorism—the art of making life a little better together—we’ll explore how simple, values-aligned steps can create momentum our nervous systems can trust. Each session invites gentle slowing, honest reflection, and a shared prompt to write from. We’ll witness one another’s words with curiosity and positive regard, remembering that wisdom grows in common.
Come if you’re feeling overwhelmed, in transition, or simply ready to make progress rooted in presence and care.
