Brewer Series: Holdout Founder Story & Beer Tasting (founders)
Where else but the Red Fridge Society can you simultaneously have a masterclass on beer AND entrepreneurship?
Join Holdout Brewing Founder Grady Wright for a beer tasting intermixed with his story of co-founding Holdout Brewing and a bevy of other cafes and bars.
After college at the University of Texas at Austin, Grady and his brother Matt traded their corporate jobs to open Brew & Brew with partner Matthew Bolick, bringing specialty coffee and rare craft beer under one roof. That gamble paid off, and the trio has since become what Austin Monthly called the city's "unofficial arbiters of cool."
Their portfolio is a love letter to Austin: Better Half Coffee & Cocktails, an award-winning all-day café; Hold Out Brewing, a beloved brewpub in a historic Quonset hut that's all about preserving "old Austin"; Little Brother's two locations; and Bummer Burrito, their Arizona-style burrito truck that's exactly as fun as it sounds.
Limited to 25 founders. Non-RFS members will be approved ~2 weeks before (after our Fridge Magnates grab their seats.)
