The official Deriv AI Talent Sprint will take place on February 6–8, 2026 in Business Bay, Dubai. This high-intensity sprint brings together job-ready developers to build, demo, and get evaluated on real execution.

Feb 6 is the official kick-off, including an introduction to the sprint, expectations, and how the screening and evaluation process will work. Building starts on the morning of Feb 7 and runs for 12 hours, ending with the submission deadline on Feb 7. Feb 8 is dedicated to demos, evaluation, and next-step guidance for shortlisted candidates.
Backed by Deriv, the sprint is designed to spotlight strong builders across AI engineering, software engineering, data, and QA profiles - helping identify top candidates for interview shortlisting.
