• ​Each session begins with a brief summary of the paper to set context and align discussion.

• ​The summary is not a substitute for reading the paper.

• ​As this is a paper reading club, participants are expected to have read the paper in advance.

• ​The discussion is the core of the session, and active, informed participation is encouraged.

​Participants from all backgrounds are welcome including policy, tech, academia, and adjacent fields.
