A lot of care goes into planning every Thread event. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact hosts, venue partners, and the quality of our gatherings.
If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance so another person can take your spot.
We track no shows and prioritize guests who consistently honor this code.
