​⚡ Phase 1 · Unclaw Uprising Kickoff (Apr 11–12)

​Six industry tracks running in parallel: Commerce & Marketing, Finance & Enterprise, Education & Public Sector, Developer Infra, Agent Economy & Ventures, and Responsible AI & Governance. Each track follows the same format with panels, pain point deep-dives, problem statement reveals, and team formation. Day 2 is Builder Day with workshops and demos. Rules drop and the build period officially kicks off.

​🔨 Phase 2 · Online Build (Apr 12 – May 7)

​Four weeks of building with weekly workshops, mentor office hours, and a Discord community. 300+ teams shipping real stuff across three tracks.

​🏟 Phase 3 · Claw Expo + Finals (May 8–9)

​The top 30 teams get a booth at the expo alongside 10–15 company exhibitors. Main stage runs keynotes, panels, and lightning talks. Nine finalists pitch live for the grand prize.

🔵 Framework × Multi-Agent: Push OpenClaw's core capabilities forward. Memory systems, tooling, A2A protocols, multi-agent orchestration, workflow infrastructure.
🟣 Ecosystem × Agent Economy: Design the systems where agents transact, collaborate, and generate value. Agent marketplaces, AaaS platforms, developer tooling, multi-agent revenue models.
