​​Let’s end the Web Summit 2026 on a high note. We are excited to invite you to Sunset Beach Thursday May 14 for a chance to connect with other folks before heading home.

​​We will have good food, boardgames, and time to chat about the Web Summit week’s highlights and ideas.

​📅 Event Details

• ​Date: Sunday, May 14, 2026

• ​Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (sunset + afterglow)

• ​Location: Sunset Beach (grass area next to the Laughing Status)

​🗓️ Agenda

• ​5:00 – 6:00 PM: Welcome & Arrivals

  • ​Arrive any time after 5:30 PM. Grab a drink (non-alcoholic options included) and settle in on the beach (you can bring a blanket if you'd like).

• ​6:00 – 7:00 PM: BBQ Dinner & Drinks

  • ​Enjoy grilled food and a selection of drinks provided for everyone. There will be plenty of food.

• ​7:00 – 8:00 PM: Networking, Games & Chill

  • ​Connect with other Web Summit attendees, including founders, investors, graduate students, academic researchers, industry scientists, and experts. There will be boardgames for those interested to play!
