TOKENIZATION CLINIC | Institutional Edition (NYC)

A private roundtable working session + reception for institutional teams exploring tokenized structures, modern distribution, and institutional infrastructure. 50 curated seats. Application required.

WHAT IS THIS?

Tokenization Clinic is a structured roundtable working session for asset managers, institutional issuers, and infrastructure teams who want a clear, compliant path to modernizing operations across regulated product structures. The Clinic provides the right partners, frameworks, and conversations to accelerate from wherever you're starting.

The focus is modernizing the asset lifecycle within regulated structures: subscription, redemption, custody, compliance, distribution, and settlement. Whether the vehicle is a tokenized fund, ETF, money market, SPV, or structured product, the operational infrastructure challenges are the same. Built around real use cases, operator input, and peer-driven discussion.

Format: Six facilitated roundtables. Three 30-minute rotations. Each table covers a specific topic led by an industry practitioner. You'll sit with a curated mix of issuers, operators, infrastructure providers, and capital observers at each table, then rotate to a new topic and new group.

ROUNDTABLE TOPICS

Structure & Compliance Entity selection, Reg D vs. Reg S, onshore/offshore structuring, securities treatment, KYC/AML flows, transfer agent requirements, and building a compliant path without reverting to legacy processes.

Settlement Infrastructure & Custody Qualified custody options, wallet infrastructure, settlement finality, on-chain vs. off-chain tradeoffs, and what institutional-grade diligence looks like for the infrastructure layer.

Distribution, Liquidity & Secondary Markets Getting capital in the door, vault structures, stablecoin distribution channels, RIA custody challenges, and where secondary market infrastructure actually stands today.

Operations & Fund Admin NAV calculation, K-1s, audit trails, investor reporting, fund admin pricing for tokenized structures, hybrid on-chain/off-chain reconciliation, and where operational alpha comes from.

The Stack: Platform Selection & Infrastructure Decisions Evaluating tokenization platforms, what you need today vs. what locks you in, and infrastructure decisions that compound over time.

What Gets Tokenized Next
Electric Capital mapped 501 sources of real-world yield in traditional finance. Only 34 have meaningful on-chain presence today. What's keeping the rest off-chain, where are the opportunities, and what needs to be built to bring them on?

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

  • Issuers & Asset Managers — Asset managers, institutional product teams, and issuers exploring tokenized structures and modern distribution

  • Infrastructure & Operators — Custody, settlement, fund admin, compliance, and tokenization platform teams responsible for the operational stack

  • Legal & Compliance — Counsel, regulatory specialists, and compliance officers navigating fund structuring and securities treatment (by invitation)

  • Capital Observers — A limited number of allocators and family offices may attend as observers

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

  • A clear tokenization readiness snapshot (what's viable now vs. later)

  • Clarity on whether a fund structure fits your asset class and distribution goals

  • A recommended structure path (share class, feeder, wrapper, distribution options)

  • A practical vendor map aligned to your needs (legal, compliance, admin, custody, rails)

  • A clear picture of where operational alpha comes from, and where 50-150 bps can be recovered

  • A short list of execution next steps, timeline, dependencies, and decision points

  • Connections from three rotations across six practitioner-led tables
