Cake Club X Produce Parties, Community Fundraiser!
Welcome to cake club— the (as far as we know) only club where you spend an indulgent two hours decorating and dining on cake.
This November, we'll be celebrating Produce Parties latest zine release with an APPLE takeover, decorating with produce, florals and other curated fall-coded toppings<3
We'll give you our best tips and tricks for creating edible artworks before we blast the fall jazz and leave you to play with your food— decorating your 4in layered cake with all the works.
We’ll then box up our cakes and gather back around the table to devour a communal cake by Bakes with Rach, sip on warm bevives and befriend strangers.
In the holiday spirit, a small portion of each ticket will go to support the contributors of APPLE, and all remaining funds will will go directly to feeding our neighbors through the One Love Community Fridge project.
Each guest will leave with a little more cake-decor know how, their uniquely decorated mini cake, a copy of Produce Parties's APPLE zine, their sweet tooth fully satisfied + hopefully a new friend <3 It will be creative & delicious & communal and we can’t wait to decorate + dine with you!

!!Please note!! This is NOT a highly technical cake decorating workshop. The beauty of this event is all of the grunt work of baking, sourcing and clean up are done for you— you get to just show up, experiment, create, yap + eat cake! It's sooo precious.
What can I expect from a club at RecCreate?
We design all of our clubs at RecCreate to feel like going over to a friends apartment for a craft hang where they took care of grabbing all the materials and show you the basics before the music starts bumping! Our emphasis is on process, play and community building, with conversation prompts throughout.
Getting Here
The venue is a ~hidden~ art studio located at 20 Grand ave in brooklyn on the 6th floor of a commercial building! When you arrive, buzz #604, push to open and take the elevator up to 6 (push the elevator button until it turns red.!!) Take a right out of the elevator, and a left at the end of the hallway. The door will be the first one on your right.
Cancelation Policy
Unfortunately for this event tickets are non-refundable/exchange-able! Please double check your calendar. In the event you are no longer able to make it, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or swap it on our ticket swap board. Just tell them to use your name!

Though we do our best to keep all photography / video to a minimum, please note all guests who attend consent to being photographed and videoed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Age Restriction & Dogs
All guests must be 18+ to attend and though we love your pups, unfortunately cannot have them in the studio!
