WEDNESDAYS ARE BACK!!!
For the month of January Show Up has booked out the 7-8AM slot at Fad Saoil Saunas new Blackrock location!!!
We are SO happy to bring back this weekly opportunity to connect during winter months.
There’s only 24 slots open, so for this session you have to book. It’s only €10 for the sesh, down from the usual €15!
What to expect? 2 saunas, a giant cold plunge, cold and hot showers, and our people :) coffee chats afterwards ofc
What to bring? Swimsuit, towel and change of clothes!
