About Event

We've all had the moment. The lump in the throat. The quick exit. The deep breath before walking back in as if nothing happened.

At WiT Regatta 2026, we are breaking the silence on workplace emotions. In this session, you will hear the unfiltered stories of four leaders who have navigated emotions at work. Together, we will explore when vulnerability becomes a source of strength, how to create cultures where we can show up fully without losing respect, and how to stay grounded and present, even in difficult situations.

Bring your story, your curiosity, and your voice. This is an invitation to reimagine a workplace where we stop hiding in the galley and instead walk back into the room unapologetically human.
