plant-based community friendsgiving
This month at Soapbox Seattle (the city’s most joyful community space), our theme is regenerative agriculture — and since it’s the week of Thanksgiving, we’re celebrating with a cozy, community-powered Friendsgiving dinner.
We’ll provide some hearty plant-based mains, and you’re invited (but not required!) to bring a dish to share. If you do, aim for 4–6 servings and keep it plant-based — we love creativity, flavor, and climate-friendly cooking.
Expect a night of connection, laughter, and learning, including:
Plant-powered dinner (potluck optional)
Pub-style team trivia
Recipe share station — bring your favorite plant-based recipes to trade!
This one’s on us — free to attend, friends welcome - just please register in advance so we know to expect you.
Come hungry, curious, and ready to give thanks for community and the delicious things we can grow together.
This space is hosted by Soapbox Project, a nonprofit that creates joyful community structures to heal our climate anxiety and loneliness through expertly facilitated connection, learning, and action activities. Find your place in the climate movement with our online and in-person community!
