About Event
Come hang with us for an evening of beach yoga with the amazing Vale Flow Club, followed by a sunset picnic and live music by The Social Choir 🧘♀️🍇
What to expect
1 hour of yoga guided by Vale Flow Club
Picnic by the ocean - we'll have picnic blankets, cushions, kombucha and a few snacks. Bring anything else you'd like to snack on and share with the group!
Live music by the Social Choir
What to bring
Yoga mat and water
Picnic food to share - sweet or savoury, completely up to you
Swimmers if you want to jump in the ocean
We'll be taking a few photos on the day for socials, if you'd prefer your photo isn't taken let us know on the day!
