About Out in Climate: Out in Climate is a non-profit dedicated to building community among LGBTQ+ professionals in the climate space. Our mission is to connect and uplift queer voices working on climate solutions. Since 2022, we've hosted 50+ events connecting over 1,000 people across climate tech startups and investors, corporations, government, and NGOs.
