​In an era of constant acceleration - the body, our nervous systems, and human connection will forever remain rooted in the present. And will never be replaced by technology.

​This evening is an invitation to return: to the body, to the present, and into authentic connection.

​Through movement, breath, and stillness, we’ll create the conditions for something that can feel increasingly rare these days: an embodied state of presence in our bodies + in relation to one another.

​The evening moves through four parts:

• ​Somatic Movement — guided movement to shake loose what’s stuck, tap into what’s present in our physical vessels, and build from flow into rhythm

• ​Grounding Breathwork — a seated practice to regulate & attune our systems

• ​Guided Meditation — a visualization into a silent group meditation

• ​Closing Circle — a facilitated sharing circle rooted in authentic presence; witnessing & being witnessed in our emergent expression

​No prior experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

​Lola Martinez is a somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator, psychedelic integration specialist, and embodiment coach. Her work focuses on the gap between intellectual knowing and embodied change — having supported thousands of people through group experiences and 1:1 containers towards aligned transformation.
