This session will dissect how evolving frameworks—such as MiCA in Europe and new DOJ priorities in the U.S.—are reframing privacy coins and mixers as high-risk cybersecurity threats.

​Euodia Guthrie will explore the technical and operational challenges for exchanges and DeFi platforms as they struggle to integrate on-chain analytics and mandatory data-sharing without compromising the core principles of data protection and user sovereignty.
