​AfroPuppyYoga x Balance & Beauty x Pretti Balance present Puppy Yoga — a special collaboration bringing together wellness, community, and the joy of puppies in one feel-good experience.

​Hosted at the beautiful Dance Annex Studios, this collab blends AfroPuppyYoga’s signature puppy-filled classes with Balance & Beauty’s calming, elevated wellness space to create the perfect environment to move, reset, and unwind.

​This session will be taught and facilitated by the lovely Taya Veira, guiding you through a beginner-friendly yoga flow designed to help you stretch, relax, and fully enjoy the experience.

​Throughout the class, adorable retriever puppies will roam freely—cuddling, playing, and bringing constant moments of joy. Whether it’s your first class or you’re a regular, the focus is on connection, presence, and leaving with a smile.

​Each session includes:

​✨ A 40–45 minute beginner-friendly yoga class
🐶 Retriever puppies roaming freely throughout to interact and cuddle
📸 A group photo + 20 minutes of puppy playtime after class
💛 Time to relax, mingle, and soak in the puppy love
🧘 Mats are available for rent (or bring your own)

​No yoga experience needed — just bring yourself and your love for puppies. Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly, so book early to save yours.

​Refund Policy

​All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed classes, no-shows, or customer cancellations.

​If you’re unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll issue a class credit for a future event.

​In the rare case that AfroPuppyYoga cancels a class, a full refund will be provided.
