Fall Cooking Class for Members
Dear Members:
Welcome to our fall cooking class! As a thank you for supporting our community, we are inviting you for a special cooking class led by Vanessa Sossa Sanchez founder of Alegria Vegana. We'll be meeting in her kitchen studio on the hearth of Brooklyn — location to be revealed upon approval of your registration.
This class will be about our seasonal produce in NYC, while we discuss the meaning of food in our lives and how we apply this in our daily practices.
We will enjoy three recipes, from the savory vegetables available and in harvest period as cabbage, tomatoes or winter greens to the blend of apples, pears and spices.
This will be an intimate and limited capacity experience, please RSVP just if you are 100% sure that you can come. In case you RSVP and your plans change, please let us now ASAP so we can open the spot for another member.
