AI x Med Chem: Chordoma Small Molecule Hackathon
Top compounds from this hackathon will be synthesized and tested in the lab, with qualifying hits eligible for up to $250K in TBXT Challenge prizes.
Who should come: computational + medicinal chemists, molecular designers, engineers, computational biologists, AI/tool builders, and curious researchers interested in real discovery workflows.
Join us for an in-person small-molecule hackathon focused on TBXT/Brachyury, a clinically relevant transcription factor in chordoma and a notoriously difficult target.
This is a hit-generation challenge, not unconstrained de novo design. Teams will use muni, Rowan tools, onepot’s 3.4B compound library, or their own workflows to identify 4 ranked non-covalent TBXT ligands, with a short rationale for why each compound is structurally plausible, chemically sane, realistic to synthesize, and worth testing.
