​In this webinar, we’ll break down the fundamentals of VC, including fund structure, incentives, investor perspective, and the process of fundraising. The goal is to help you better understand how VCs evaluate opportunities so you can more thoughtfully plan your next steps.

​We’ll be joined by Habib Haddad from E14 firm who will share their perspective on engaging with PIs and how researchers can be better equipped when navigating these conversations. The session will include time for Q&A, so you can dig into the questions most relevant to your work.

​We’ll also highlight resources available through The Engine to support PIs as they explore the path from lab to venture.
