Overflow Event Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase and Contract
By purchasing a ticket to any Overflow event you enter into a binding agreement with Overflow Events Ltd. These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket holders and attendees.
2. Non Refundable Policy
All tickets are strictly non refundable.
This includes situations where the attendee can no longer attend due to travel issues, personal circumstances, schedule changes or any other reason. Overflow does not offer refunds, exchanges or credits towards future events.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee name if requested at least 7 days before the event. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the events team. Overflow reserves the right to refuse transfer requests made after the deadline.
4. Event Changes
Overflow reserves the right to amend the event schedule, speakers, venue layout, seating plan, start or end time if required. Any changes will not constitute grounds for a refund as the core value of the event remains intact.
5. Event Cancellation
If Overflow cancels the event in full, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date with no option for refund.
6. Photography and Media
By attending you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded for marketing, publicity, digital and print use. Overflow retains all rights to use the content without limitation and without payment to attendees.
7. Behaviour and Conduct
Overflow maintains a high standard of excellence and professionalism. Any attendee displaying disruptive behaviour may be removed from the event without refund.
8. Liability
Overflow is not responsible for personal belongings, travel delays, accommodation issues or any losses not directly caused by negligence of the event organisers.
9. Accessibility and Special Requirements
If you require accessibility support or have special requirements you must notify the events team at least 14 days before the event so that reasonable accommodations can be made.

By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
