January volunteer brunch & scheme session

​Every month, we have a volunteer brunch where we:

• ​Eat and chit chat

• ​Scheme & dream

• ​Debrief/set vision/check in/assign ourselves tasks

​It's fun and productive and reminds us of good times in college. Volunteers are generally Soapbox members but it's not a requirement as long as you've come by Soapbox at least once before.

​Agenda for this month's sesh:

• ​11-11:30: Arrive & chat

• ​11:30-12:30: Brush up on facilitation best practices and (updated!) event roles

• ​12:30-1:30: January & February planning

• ​1:30-1:45: Dedicated time to invite folks to upcoming events

• ​1:45-2: Wrap-up

​Note: We'll be providing a plethora of brunch-y snack items and refreshments, so no need to bring anything (unless you're really excited about sharing something)!
