Embracing Menstrual Pause in a Busy Life

A gentle, grounding experience to help women reconnect with their inner rhythm and explore the importance of rest and emotional balance during menstruation.

In the fast pace of modern life, slowing down often feels impossible - especially for women balancing ambition, business, and everyday demands. Yet the menstrual phase invites us to pause, retreat inward, and restore.
Rest to Rise is a 2.5-hour interactive workshop designed to help women reconnect with their cyclical wisdom and explore how intentional rest during menstruation can support emotional balance, well-being, and long-term sustainability.
Through guided practices, embodied reflection, and practical tools, you’ll discover how even the smallest shifts can transform your relationship with productivity and restoration. Together, we’ll reframe menstruation as a powerful opportunity for renewal - a monthly retreat for body and mind.

✨ What you’ll experience:

- Gentle grounding practices to connect with your body and set intentions
- Insights into the hormonal rhythm of the menstrual cycle and its impact on energy and emotions
- Practical strategies for weaving restorative pauses into a busy life
- A guided meditation and creative exercise to envision your own “menstrual retreat”
- Space for personal reflection, sharing, and connection with like-minded women

This workshop is especially valuable for entrepreneurs, leaders, and women navigating full lives who want to find more balance between doing and being.

Why should people attend this program:

1. A fresh perspective on menstruation – Reframe menstruation as a time of renewal, not just something to push through.
2. Practical tools for busy life – Simple, realistic strategies to create space for rest in busy lives.
3. Safe and supportive space – Connect with like-minded women in a grounding environment.
