About Event

Join us for the next Claude Community Budapest Meetup, hosted by Tamas, Attila, Balazs, and Jamie.

Whether you’re already integrating Claude Code, Cowork into your daily workflow, curious about agentic coding, or simply looking to connect with others exploring AI-powered development, this event is for you. We’re also excited to announce that a member of the Anthropic team will join us online for a live Q&A. Bring your questions, workflow challenges, and feature requests.

Who Should Attend?

This meetup is open to everyone, regardless of experience level—just be curious:

  • Founders & Operators: Learn how to scale efficiently and move faster.

  • Business Professionals: Discover how to delegate repetitive tasks to AI agents.

  • Engineers & PMs: See firsthand how Claude can significantly reduce development cycles.

  • The AI-Curious: Transition from theory to practice with hands-on insights rather than just another lecture.

Agenda

  • 05:30 PM: Doors open & Registration

  • 06:00 PM: Networking & Drinks

  • 06:15 PM: Welcome Remarks

06:20 PM: Balazs Horvath - Founding Partner - VisualLabs - Beyond the Chat Window: Claude as an Org-Wide Operations Layer

Claude is more than a chatbot, it's actually a family of several AI tools.
To get the most out of Claude at a team level, you need to architect how and when your team uses each one.
In this session, Balázs Horváth, founder of VisualLabs, a 30-person consultancy, will share how they're moving the whole company onto Claude as an operating layer — not just a chat window.
The session will cover how you keep Claude up to date with company knowledge, how Chat, Projects, Cowork, Code, Skills and Connectors each play a different role, and how the right setup means a junior consultant produces the same quality output as a senior.
Balázs will be honest about what's working, what isn't, and the obstacles they're still figuring out.
What you'll hear is a snapshot of how an AI-advisory company is shaping Claude to run its business and reshaping its operating model to get the best out of its human and digital workforce.

06:50 PM: Daniel Vargha - AI Consultant - PeakX - Building a Second Brain with Claude Code

Knowledge management is broken for busy people. Notes pile up, context gets lost, and the system that was supposed to help you think ends up being another thing to maintain.

Daniel is a Product Manager who built a personal knowledge system entirely with Claude Code: not for writing code, but for knowledge work. In this talk he covers the problem, the system design, and demos it running live.

This is not a coding talk. No code is written. Claude Code is used purely as a thinking partner and workflow engine for documents, decisions, and ideas.

Specific use cases in the demo:
-Automating repeating tasks: release planning, roadmap updates, product documentation, learning reflections
-Capturing learning notes and automatically connecting them to live work projects
-Building an onboarding brief for a new team member from existing project notes
-Logging decisions as they happen so institutional knowledge never gets lost
-Surfacing unexpected connections across your notes that you wouldn't have made yourself
-Pulling delivery KPIs and velocity trends from Jira
-Mapping your stakeholders and considering their positions before making decisions

Who it's for: Product managers, business analysts, consultants, researchers and anyone else who manages knowledge for a living.

07:10 PM: Balazs Mate, Staff Data Engineer - Bitrise - Claude Code × Claude = Data Mage - How We Built an Al Data Analyst in Slack?

Data Mage is an internal Al-powered Slack bot that lets anyone at Bitrise ask data questions in plain English and get answers - no SQL knowledge required. Built with PydanticAl and Claude Code, it connects to BigQuery, dbt, Metabase, and a curated metrics catalog to go from question to insight in seconds.

  • 07:45 PM: Live Q&A with Anthropic Staff

  • 08:15 PM: Networking & Socializing

  • 08:55 PM: Venue Closes
