This is a 35-minute, light and fun mat class designed for you + your little one. Safe for pregnancy and postpartum, this class is all about moving your body, enjoying the moment, and connecting with other mothers in our community. Bring your own mat and get ready for a feel-good outdoor flow at Lake Bde Maka Ska.
