Founder Reset: Breathwork, Yoga, and Real Conversation
Most founder events are panels, pitches, and open bars. This one is different. On Monday, April 7, Founders House, JLL Rise, and Western Technology Investment are hosting an evening designed to help you actually feel better. Breathwork. Yoga. Genuine conversation over craft NA drinks. No pitch decks. No small talk about your ARR.
What It Is
The evening starts with a guided breathwork session, followed by a gentle yoga flow led by an experienced instructor. After the movement portion, we open into a relaxed happy hour with non-alcoholic drinks, light bites, and the kind of networking that happens when people have already shared an experience together. The whole thing runs about three hours, and you'll leave feeling like a different person than the one who walked in.
Why Attend
If you're a founder, operator, or investor in New York, you already know the default mode: always on, always optimizing, always performing. This is a reset. 25 people max. No recordings. No content. Just a room full of people who build things, taking a beat to breathe and connect. The relationships you build here will be different because the context is different.

This event is a collaboration between Founders House (a wellness community built for founders), JLL Rise (a workspace designed for high-growth companies), and Western Technology Investment (a venture debt firm backing companies from seed to IPO). Three organizations that believe founders perform better when they take care of themselves.
Wear comfortable clothing. All drinks are non-alcoholic. Space is limited to 25 guests, and we expect this to fill.
