A strategic thinker driven by results, Amr excels at uncovering new revenue opportunities and delivering creative, client-focused solutions. Awarded the “Rising Star” at the 2025 Benefits Alliance Spark Conference, he’s celebrated for his commitment to elevating group benefits and overall health and wellbeing
Vijesh Vijayan is a dynamic Tech Consultant and Product Executive who specializes in building and scaling tech ecosystems across health, AI, and financial services. As Head of Partnerships and Media at Scalpels & Spreadsheets, he’s led impactful events across North America, bringing together innovators, founders, VCs, and ecosystem builders. As Director of Product at GenXys, Vijesh combines strategic vision with hands-on execution for launching and growing products in healthcare. He’s passionate about curating collaborations that propel healthtech innovation forward.
Aman Desai is the Founder and CEOFounder and CEO at Dossier Health. He is a Medical Doctor turned strategy consultant with a unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen. He has lived and worked in several regions around the globe, giving him a unique perspective on international business and contrasting healthcare systems in different countries. Since graduating from the London Business School, Aman has brought his clinical experience, business acumen and international perspectives in his work across strategy, M&A and financial management primarily in the healthcare and life sciences industry in North America, EMEA and Asia.
Vishar Yaghoubian is the CEO & Co-Founder of Toothpod, where she leads the development of smart dental-care solutions that blend innovation with accessibility. With a strong background in product strategy and entrepreneurial leadership, Vishar drives Toothpod’s mission to transform oral health through data-driven, consumer-centric technology. She’s passionate about leveraging connected devices to deliver better outcomes and empower patients.
Laird Russell is the CEO & Co-Founder of ExaCare AI, a health-tech company improving post-acute care operations to create better outcomes for seniors. A former Division I hockey player at Brown University, Laird’s athletic career ended after multiple traumatic brain injuries. an experience that inspired his lifelong commitment to healthcare reform. He previously co-founded Galea Health, a proactive mental-health platform for athletes featured in TIME, Teen Vogue, and the BBC. With experience at Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company, and a B.A. in Economics from Brown, Laird combines business insight with personal passion to advance equitable, tech-enabled healthcare.
Trevor D. McKee PhD is a bioengineer and computational‐pathology expert whose work sits at the intersection of biomedical imaging, spatial biology and translational medicine. He holds a PhD in Bioengineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. (Astraea Bio)
Over more than 20 years, Trevor has developed novel workflows for the acquisition and quantitative analysis of microscopy and medical imaging data, including multiplex immunostaining, imaging mass cytometry, and spatial proteomic techniques. He has held leadership roles in both academic and industry settings — for example as Director of the Image Analysis Centre at the STTARR Innovation Centre, and now as Vice‐President and co‐founder of Astraea Bio, a company specializing in spatial biology and high-dimensional image analysis.
