Climate Cafe: Environmental Psychology and Climate Anxiety

​Event Description

​​To solve the problem, we first need to be aware of the problem. When the global climate damages grow, our global society falls short on solving the problem at scale in time. Have we ever talked about the influence on our minds, emotions, and everyday well-being?

​​The climate cafe session aspires to create a safe, friendly place for stakeholders to explore, engage, and reflect on the latest topics about environmental psychology, climate anxiety, and mindfulness. The event will focus on the psychological side of climate change through guided conversation and open conversation to build personal resilience.

• ​​Aspiring Climate Fellows: Explore the potential psychological effects of climate change

• ​​Social Climate Influencers: Understand climate vulnerabilities and build local network support for climate resilience.

​​The workshop's main value will come from discussion and reflection. No climate background is needed, but a friendly attitude is highly appreciated.
