About Lynn Teo

Lynn Teo is a global marketing and digital transformation executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading brand, customer experience, and growth strategies across Fortune 100 companies and international organizations. She specializes in building full-funnel, data-driven “brand-to-demand” ecosystems that connect marketing, product, and operations to deliver measurable business impact.

Most recently, Lynn served as Chief Marketing Officer at Northwestern Mutual, where she led large-scale transformation initiatives. She has also held senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer, and CA Technologies, driving innovation across industries including financial services, media, retail, and technology.

Earlier in her career, Lynn helped pioneer digital and experience design practices at agencies such as Sapient, AKQA, and McCann, where she was appointed the firm’s first Chief Experience Officer. She has worked with leading global brands including Mastercard, American Airlines, Chase, and The Wall Street Journal.

Lynn has been recognized as a Forbes Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMO (2024) and is known for her ability to bridge creativity, data, and commercial outcomes. She holds degrees from the National University of Singapore and Carnegie Mellon University.
