The Connection Lab: A workshop for singles to practice authentic connection
It's easy to meet people nowadays, but it's hard to actually connect. It's not a skill we are taught.
We’re taught how to make conversation — but not how to be real. Not how to stay present with another person. Not how to express ourselves honestly. Not how to tune into what we are feeling.
Welcome to The Connection Lab, a fun, low-pressure workshop designed for singles who are ready to ditch the awkward small talk, build real-world confidence and actually enjoy connecting with new people.
No pickup tactics. No performance. A practical experience for being yourself and connecting with others. Useful for dating and everyday interactions.
Here’s what to expect:
🎲 A social game to break the ice -
You’ll meet everyone in the room in a way that feels natural, relaxed, and fun!
💬 Guided conversation rounds -
You’ll rotate through a series of structured conversations designed to help you practice being present, expressing yourself honestly, and listening with confidence.
🌿 A guided relaxation -
Being vulnerable can feel like a lot when you're not used to sharing yourself with others. This portion helps you reset your nervous system so you can feel grounded, calm, and more comfortable in your body — which is where confidence actually comes from.
⭕️ Closing circle
We’ll wrap up together and give you space to reflect on what you experienced.
You’ll walk away with real skills, real moments, and maybe even a few real connections.
No experience required. Just a willingness to show up as you are.
Open to singles 25 - 55
