About Event

In our Performance Workout, you develop the strength, technique, and efficiency needed for your RACE DAY. This session combines functional strength training with race-specific movements such as sled push/pull, lunges, and wall balls.

You’ll train with control and precision to build power while conserving energy. This is where you lay the foundation to execute workouts efficiently on race day.

Special: Nike will be on site offering a shoe trial, giving you the opportunity to test their latest performance footwear during the session.

Goal:

  • Build functional strength

  • Improve movement efficiency

  • Develop technique for race-specific exercises

Schedule:

  • ​13:45 - 14:00 - Arrival & Meet Up

  • ​14:00 - 14:15 - Warm Up & Introduction

  • ​14:15 - 15:15 - Race Prep Workout

  • ​15:15 - 16:00 - Cool Down, Hang Out & Drinks
