Gonçalo Magalhães is a Real estate Developer who blends rigorous delivery with a love for nature and circular design.
He comes from a family of builders and has spent recent years growing a development company focused on low-impact materials and closed-loop systems, delivering 30+ projects totalling over €400M of total value.
He also helped create Charm Nature Hotel, an eco-friendly hotel near Lisbon, celebrated for its cork construction and ocean views. He is a meditation lover, sports practitioner, and self-professed puzzle geek.
