About Brianna Hammer
Brianna Hammer is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience spanning corporate finance, investment banking (tech M&A), and venture capital investing. Since leaving her previous role as a Partner at Tribe Capital, she has served as a fractional CFO for Seed to Series B startups. She provides hands-on expertise in building first operating models, strategic capital planning, and fundraising execution. Brianna has consulted for innovative companies across AI, enterprise SaaS, frontier tech, and health tech, helping founders navigate the unique financial challenges of early-stage growth. She holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson and brings a wealth of practical insight to startup founders seeking to scale their businesses.

The Founder Fundamental Series is a series of workshop-style events hosted by JP Morgan Startup Banking for early stage startup founders. FFS aims to support early-stage and first time founders with essential knowledge and networking to get their company from zero to one. Events are held on the third Thursday of every month and include VCs, service providers and experienced founders to share their experience and contribute to your success.
