Builders Night
Builders Night is a weekly space where people show up with a project, work side by side, and leave with more momentum than they could have generated alone. It exists because building can be lonely, and the hardest part is often simply showing up consistently.
The tone is focused and warm. Mostly quiet during deep work, with moments of spontaneous connection when someone gets unstuck or discovers something worth sharing. This is not a networking event or a lecture. The work itself is the center of the night.
Flow
6:30–6:45 PM: Arrival and settling in
6:45–6:55 PM: Opening circle: name, what you're working on, one intention for the night
6:55–8:30 PM: Deep work sprint: quiet, side-by-side building
8:30–9:00 PM: Share-back: what you built, learned, or got stuck on. Make an ask, offer what you know, and support each other.
Who This Is For
People working on software, hardware, businesses, creative projects, writing, design, research, art, anything you're trying to make real. Come if you want accountability, momentum, and the energy of working alongside others. First-timers and regulars both welcome.
What to Bring
Laptop, notebook, sketchbook, instrument, whatever tools your project requires. Come with something to work on, or come ready to figure out what that is.
Norms
Respect the deep work sprint by keeping conversation low during focused time. Share-back is how we learn from each other: share what you built, ask for what you need, and offer what you can. Everyone participates.
