Art Therapy: Breaking Patterns & Transformation
March Mantra Art Workshop — Transformation & Letting Go
How do we transform and break old, unhealthy patterns?
By first recognizing them.
Then accepting them.
And finally — learning how to let them go.
🗓 Wednesday, 4th March | 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
📍 2cookinn Store, Lisbon
This month, we explore transformation in its raw and honest form —
the courage to release what no longer serves us,
and the space that opens when we do.
