About Event

Join us this Saturday for mat pilates session led by Millie at the YHA Sydney Harbour - please note this session will be indoors at the venue due to an event on the rooftop on this occassion. Enjoy a spicy class with our female community open to all levels to move into your weekend outside with the girls.

NOTE:
Mats are provided, just bring yourself, a water bottle and optional sunscreen/cap as we enjoy the breeze and morning together as we flow and connect.

INSTRUCTIONS:
When you enter the YHA Hostel in the Rocks head up the stairs or via the lift to level 1 (reception/cafe area). The lovely staff at the front desk will direct you to the Big Dig on level G where you will find our gals xx
