A morning for returning to the version of you that feels most alive.
Back to Her is inspired by girlhood - sleepover energy, dancing for no reason, inside jokes with women you just met, being playful, being present, feeling free in your body. 🪩
We’ll begin with a special EMBODYED experience led by Nikki Norenberg - a powerful fusion of dance-inspired movement, meditation, music, and unapologetic expression designed to help you shake off what’s heavy, reconnect to your spark, and come home to yourself. Think less performance, more play.
From there, we move into guided sauna + cold plunge for recovery, nervous system reset, and post-dance glow. 🧊🔥
We will also have a curated lineup of women-owned brands & vendors (like a facial massage booth!!) joining us to sample exciting wellness products! ☕️
This is a space to laugh, move, sweat, play, soften, and remember parts of yourself that maybe got buried under being productive, polished, or “grown up.” 🤸
