​🧠 WORKSHOP CONTENT

​Part 1 — Prompting That Actually Works (Spec-First Method)

​We’ll break down the 4 elements that turn “meh” prompts into elite outputs:

• ​Goal: What you’re building + what success looks like

• ​Context: Audience, brand tone, constraints, examples

• ​Structure: Sections, layout rules, formats, must-include items

• ​Quality Controls: Style rules, exclusions, and “don’t do this” guardrails

​You’ll see live before/after examples (bad vs strong prompt) and how results change depending on the AI model.
You’ll leave with: a repeatable prompt framework you can use immediately.

​Part 2 — Build a Mini Web App Live (15 Minutes, No Code)
This is the “wow” moment. Using a simple Plan Outline Description (PoD) + Claude Artifacts, we’ll build a working mini web app live in the room in under 15 minutes.

​A PoD is a lightweight plan that defines:

• ​What the tool does

• ​Who it’s for

• ​What problem it solves

​We’ll build something genuinely useful (e.g., shift planner, intake form, pricing calculator).
You’ll leave with: the ability to create quick tools on demand—without waiting on developers.

​Part 3 — Upgrade to Production: From PoD to Build Agents (Replit + beyond)
Prototypes are great—now we level up. We’ll take the same PoD and turn it into a more detailed “agent-ready” prompt for tools like Replit, so you can scaffold:

• ​multi-page apps

• ​backend logic

• ​database structure

• ​user logins

​Still written by you. Still no code required.
You’ll leave with: a clear path from prototype → real product build.

​Part 4 — Design, Build & Publish Websites (Live to a Working URL)
We’ll build and publish 2–3 real websites live, start-to-finish—ending with a URL you can open on your phone.

​Examples:

• ​professional landing page

• ​lead capture site

• ​simple booking/service page

​We’ll cover the essentials: structure, clean design, hosting + domain connection, and how to use these as low-cost production test environments.
You’ll leave with: the confidence to build and publish your own site properly.

​Part 5 — Q&A: Bring Your Business Use Case
Open floor. Bring a real problem—you’ll get a practical direction (and often a live solution) on the spot.
