This afterwork is a playful and connection-driven social format at One Thousand Club.
Instead of traditional networking, we’re creating space for real conversations, light games and easy social dynamics — guided by a host — so meeting new people feels natural, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.
As always, the event is FREE and open to members and non-members. This is a great opportunity for members to bring their friends to experience the OTC vibe and community.
The Location: Palácio do Governador
Palácio do Governador is a historic palace in Belém that seamlessly blends Lisbon’s maritime past with contemporary design. Once the residence of the Governors of the Tower of Belém, the space preserves original architectural elements and archaeological layers, now reimagined as an elegant boutique hotel. Calm, refined, and rich in character, it offers an atmosphere of quiet sophistication — where history, design, and a sense of retreat coexist just minutes from the river and the city.
Set within the hotel’s elegant cocktail bar, the experience unfolds in an intimate, atmospheric setting — where history, design, and relaxed conversation come together effortlessly.
Note to guests: We will provide the space for our members. Food & Drinks will not be included as part of the booking, and guests will be responsible for covering their own orders during the event.
Your Host: Vera Kolodzig
Vera Kolodzig is a Portuguese actress and communicator with a deep curiosity for human connection and meaningful conversation. One of the very first members to join the club, she now steps into the role of Events Manager, curating gatherings with intention and warmth. Her mission is to elevate the club’s connections by creating memorable, human-centred experiences — gatherings that spark real conversation, foster belonging, and are always infused with a touch of humour, lightness, and joy.
