CLUBWNDR: The DJs Table
CLUBWNDR - Designed for Black Live Music Professionals
At WNDRLST, one of our core values is to support and build the creators of the black nightlife space. This year we will be focusing on 3 sessions dedicated to DJs, Visual Artists and Promoters in the black nightlife space at Somerset House.
This first session of the series will be focused on entry level/ mid level DJs, giving direct access from industry professionals.
Focusing on building the right foundation for your start in to the music industry as a DJ, this workshop will be on:
UK standard practices in live events for DJs
Sustaining careers and Business Relations
Building your Rate and Framework
Collective responsibility for the longevity of Black nightlife

Guest Table Speakers
Charisse C:
Whether you’re hearing her vocals glide over a 3Step beat or watching her command the floor at Piano People, Charisse C stands as one of the leading voices shaping Southern-rooted sounds in London’s clubs and beyond.
As a record label founder and owner, she honours the groove through soulful rhythms and weighty basslines, always centring feeling and movement. Her sound has travelled from intimate dance floors to internationally renowned spaces, with appearances at Descendants, Natives, KOKO Electronic, Gala Festival, Waterworks Festival, Nyege Nyege and more.
She is also the force behind Abantu, her own night dedicated to the evolving sounds of Southern Africa — a space that continues to nurture community while pushing the boundless music it continues to grow.
AyChibs:
AyChibs is a multi-faceted creative from East London, known for blending vibrant sonics with what he fondly calls “Bad Music” — the kind that hits deep and stays with you.
He first built ABOE, championing artists across the Black creative scene including Ama Jones, House of Pharaohs and Tori-a, before going on to co-found one of London’s most eclectic club nights, Shindig, alongside Ella DHC.
As a DJ and producer, AyChibs has toured internationally armed with little more than a USB and a vision, bringing his energy to stages such as Recessland, Boiler Room, Fabric, Tempa (Germany) and Bone Soda.
