Compassionate Thai Yoga Massage Practice
🌿 Compassionate Thai Yoga Massage Practice
A partner-based experience for reconnecting and learning the art of Nuad Boran with caring, embodied presence.
Arrive fully. Breathe deeper. Feel held.
This practice introduces you to the foundations of Nuad Boran, traditional Thai massage rooted in centuries of Thai healing, through a fully clothed, floor-based partner experience designed for modern city life.
Come solo or with a partner. You’ll learn techniques for giving and receiving Thai yoga massage with clarity, intention, and care.
✨ What to Expect
🧘 Intentional Arrival
A grounding meditation with gentle breathwork to shift out of the busy world and into your body.
🌬️ Personal Awareness Practice
Light movement to prepare your spine, joints, and breath so you can support someone else without straining yourself.
💬 Collective Choice of Focus
A short group check-in to identify shared interests and pain points, guiding the area of the body we’ll explore together.
👀 Demonstration
Apollo demonstrates the Thai massage sequence on a demo body so you can clearly see positioning, flow, and technique.
🤲 Partner Practice
Participants may arrive with a partner or come solo and be paired thoughtfully. You can stay with one partner for the full session, or — if mutually consensual — explore the practice with different participants to experience a variety of body types and responses.
Apollo guides every step of the sequence so no one rushes or moves ahead.
After completing the first round, roles switch and the practice continues. As time allows, additional short sequences are introduced, giving everyone the chance to learn and explore more than one Thai massage flow within the session.
