Tend to Your Garden: A 5-Week [virtual] Journey of Growth & Self-Discovery Through Journaling + Community

Join us for a deep dive into cultivating self-care, clarity, and connection as we move into this Spring season with intention.

🌸 Tend to Your Garden is a VIRTUAL 5-week cohort-based immersive group experience with additional 1:1 integration sessions and deep community support. This is where journaling moves beyond pen to paper and becomes an act of self-discovery + thoughtful transformation.

Spring invites us to awaken, plant new seeds, and tend to the growth that’s ready to emerge. This is your opportunity to nurture yourself through a guided mindful journaling + community experience designed to help bloom again.

If you’ve been craving a deeper connection to yourself, your feelings, your dreams, your words, your vision, and a like-minded community, this is for you.

Unlike a one-time workshop, this journey offers a structured path to creating your inner garden in community, with care.

🌿 The Weekly Journey

Each week, we explore a new stage of building and tending your own personal garden/life. From pulling out the weeds, preparing the soil to celebrating what’s blossoming…together, we nurture each part of the process and witness what’s ready to come alive.

Week 1 🌱 Pull the weeds & preparing the Soil: Clearing space for new growth. We reflect on what we’re ready to release and what foundations we want to strengthen for the season ahead. By beginning to let go of what no longer serves us, we’ll release old patterns and make space for renewal.

Week 2 🌷 Plant the Seeds: After making space we can start setting intentions and calling in what we want to grow. We focus on clarity, planting the seeds of our desires, and preparing the soil to support them.

Week 3 💧 Water the Soil:  Growth requires care and consistency. We explore habits, alignment, and practices that nourish what we’ve planted. This week, we’ll create actionable plans to nourish the seeds we’ve put in. Through self-care, intentional routines, and cultivating patience, we will deepen our commitment to our practices, ensuring we’re tending to both our inner and outer gardens.

Week 4 🌸  Create your bouquet, and pick your produce: Here, we pause to assess our growth. We celebrate the small and big wins alike, acknowledging how far we’ve come. We will have opportunity to discuss how to tend to this garden and revisit parts that make it flourish. This is a moment of reflection and of seeing how our hard work has begun to manifest, and how it feels to witness the fruits of our labor.

Week 5 🌾  Head to the Farmers Market, Show & Tell: Time to take it all to the Farmers Market, and put it on display. This week is a space to share, reflect, and celebrate our individual gardens for where they are. We gather together to showcase our journeys, reflect on the transformation, and celebrate the gardens we’ve grown.

This session closes the official group container.

🌿 Week 6–10: Optional 1:1 Integration After the group experience ends, participants have the opportunity to book a 60 minute 1:1 private integration session with Emily.

These sessions are designed to deepen reflection from the program, clarify insights, anchor action steps, and create personalized next moves. We will create clear plans to bring our gardens into daily life.

Sessions are optional but included as part of the full experience.

They must be scheduled within Weeks 6–8 and booked directly on my calendar.

🌿 Weeks 1-5: Weekly Co-working/writing parallel play sessions [optional] Later in each week, in addition to our live Monday sessions, we will gather for an hour for time that allows us to dig deeper into the prompts and additional assignments focused on that weeks theme.

🌱 What to Expect

🌱 5 Weeks of Group & Guided Transformation:  Every week we will learn and dig into each step of building your personal garden. Four weeks of interactive journaling workshops, plus a final week for our Show & Tell and trip to the “Farmers Market,” where we’ll celebrate + showcase the personal gardens we’ve cultivated.

🌿 LIVE Weekly Gatherings on Zoom: Every Monday evening, 7:30–9:00pm EST starting March 30th, we’ll come together for live sessions filled with reflection, sharing, and connection.

Sessions will NOT be recorded intentionally to lean into creating a sacred and safe space. Those who must miss sessions will be caught up with invitations, curriculum assignments in our program chat.

🌸 A Thriving, Supportive Community: Throughout this journey, you’ll be part of The Community Garden, our dedicated virtual space/chat room where connection, encouragement, and growth take root.

Just like a real garden, this space supports: 🌿 Growing alongside others on a similar path  🌻 Sharing insights and celebrating wins (big and small)  🌱 Asking questions, exchanging thoughts, and continuing conversations beyond live sessions 🌿 A resource to connect and share other offerings/events/thoughts

🤍 Addition Weekly Co-Working/Writing Parallel Play Sessions: In addition to the live workshops, there will be protected writing / co-working sessions offered each week that allow you to dig deeper into that weeks prompts, work on our other assignments and be in community while doing so..

These gatherings are low-touch and space-holding — designed for accountability and deeper reflection, not additional teaching.

🤍 Optional 1:1 Integration Session: After the 5-week group experience concludes, participants have the opportunity to book a private 1:1 integration session with me.

This session is designed to reflect on the insights that surfaced throughout the program, clarify patterns and breakthroughs, anchor those realizations into tangible action steps, and create personalized next moves that support your continued growth beyond the container.

Sessions must be scheduled within Weeks 6–8 and booked directly through my calendar. This is the space to take everything that emerged in the community and bring it into focused personal integration.

📝 Gentle Weekly Invitations – Thoughtful, meaningful prompts designed to inspire reflection and growth. These weekly explorations are an opportunity to deepen your practice, but feel free to interpret them in your own way. Assignments are invitations - not required but welcomed! Show up however you need to show up.
