[Seattle] Galentine's Wellness Event, hosted by Crunch & Brunch and Studio 45 Fremont

​Join us on Saturday, February 7th for a Galentine's themed wellness event at Studio 45 in Fremont! Please bring grip socks for the lagree class. We'll take a 45-minute class, and then enjoy a brunch spread, goodie bags, flower arrangements, self-love letter writing station, and good conversations after class. We'll also have a permanent jewelry making popup by The Social Chain.

​​Crunch & Brunch (@crunch.n.brunch) hosts events that combine fitness, food, and making new friends in Seattle. Our mission is all about connection: creating welcoming spaces to explore different forms of movement, discover wellness brands, and be part of a community that fosters joy, personal growth, and well-being.

​Studio 45 (@Studio45Fit) is a PNW-based lagree fitness studio that maximizes the 45-min class, with slow and controlled movements that push your limits. You'll leave class with muscles shaking and a sense of pride at how hard you worked. You'll find a welcoming community that helps and encourages one another to bring out our strongest selves.
