Leadership is not one-size-fits-all. Yet many accomplished professionals still experience moments of doubt about their legitimacy, their voice, or their ability to lead.
This interactive workshop explores different leadership styles and the psychological mechanisms behind impostor syndrome. Through reflection exercises, practical frameworks, and conversation, participants will gain tools to better understand their natural leadership strengths and learn how to navigate self-doubt with more clarity and confidence.
Open to professionals from any industry, this session is designed as a small-group experience where participants can reflect on their leadership journey, share perspectives, and leave with practical insights they can apply immediately in their work and personal lives.
Solenn Thircuir, PhD, is a sociologist and lecturer in medical humanities working at the intersection of leadership, health, and behavioral sciences.
She has taught leadership, professional identity, and decision-making to clinicians, researchers, and high-performing professionals in both the United States and France. Her work focuses on how individuals navigate legitimacy, responsibility, and uncertainty in complex professional environments.
