The Dinner Table at San Babila (Upper East Side)
A Dinner Party Where Strangers Become Friends
We're bringing The Dinner Table to the Upper East Side for the very first time — and we're kicking it off at San Babila, a modern Italian trattoria on 2nd Avenue that's quickly become one of the neighborhood's most talked-about restaurants. An evening of handcrafted pasta, Italian wines, prosecco, and the kind of connection that happens when strangers share a table in one of the most beautiful intimate dining rooms on the UES.
"Loved the location; good group of people. The conversations were interesting. The food and service was impeccable." — NYC Guest
How It Works
Mix & Mingle Session — Meet the group over a complimentary glass of prosecco before we sit down
Family-style dinner — 3 courses of modern Italian cuisine, served to share
Seat rotations between courses so you're not stuck in one conversation all night
Intimate group size — 10-20 guests, not a massive room of strangers
About the Venue
San Babila is one of the Upper East Side's most talked-about new restaurants — a modern Italian trattoria from hospitality veteran Gianmarco Di Michele that brings Southern Italian warmth to 2nd Avenue. The 46-seat dining room is intimate and beautiful: Murano glass chandeliers from Italy, emerald green tones, copper accents, and a marble bar that makes you feel like you've stepped into Milan.
Three-Course Dinner Served Family-Style
Dinner service includes a family-style 3-course dinner for each guest.
Each guest will also receive one complementary glass of prosecco included with their ticket purchase.
Additional beverages can be purchased throughout the event.
