About the Venue
Medium Rare has been a DC institution since 2011 — a neighborhood bistro in Cleveland Park built on a concept so simple it's almost radical: one dish, done perfectly, every single time. The award-winning culotte steak. The hand-cut fries. The secret sauce. Artisan bread. A Parisian-bistro room with paper tablecloths and warm, cozy energy. It's won the Diner's Choice Award 12 years in a row and earned a Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice, and it's expanded to eight locations without ever adding a second entrée to the menu.
This is our first time hosting at Medium Rare, and honestly, the philosophy feels a lot like ours.

1 complimentary glass of wine served at check-in.
7:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Family-Style Dinner Service
Guests will switch seats between courses!
9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Closing Announcements
Closing remarks to conclude the afternoon.

Family-Style Dinner Service
Dinner service includes a family-style 3-course dinner for each guest, with a plated entrée choice of their legendary steak frites or a vegan-friendly option
Each guest will also receive one complementary glass of wine included with their ticket purchase.
Additional beverages can be purchased throughout the event.

What is the general age range of your events?
We encourage guests from all ages and backgrounds to attend our events. Our programming is tailored to anyone looking to meet others.
Generally, we've seen the age range of our events to be between 25-40 years old. That's not to say anyone outside of that range can't attend!
What's the difference between General Admission tickets and Men & Women tickets?
Any ticket purchase gets the same experience, there is no difference.
We've created gendered tickets to ensure a relatively even distribution of guests at our events. GA is open to anyone.
Can I come alone?
Yes, we encourage it! Our goal at The Dinner Table is to create meaningful connections through cuisine and art. Many of our guests leave with new friends at the end of the event.
What is your refund policy?
We understand sometimes things come up, and that's why we offer a full credit to your next event if you cancel ten days before the event
Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. Our team ensures the restaurant's menus are flexible to account for a wide array of dietary preferences.
