AI x Society: Who Owns AI Risk? Incentives, Accountability, and the Race to Deploy
Welcome to another TAI x Society event, where we explore how AI is impacting all of us.
AI development is accelerating because every company and investor has incentives not to fall behind. But this creates a structural tension: individual actors benefit from moving fast, while the collective system absorbs the long-term risk. This talk explores AI risk through the lens of incentives, governance, and accountability, examining how investors, founders, and organizations navigate responsibility in an increasingly competitive AI ecosystem.
Who is this for?
This event is designed for both technical and non-technical professionals, including engineers, researchers, product, and business leaders.
