From Concept to Code: Architecting Your Personal Agent Strategy
This hands-on hybrid session transforms frameworks into functional AI agents through guided experimentation with leading agentic platforms. Following a brief literacy recap for Innovate Conference attendees, participants will review the strongest use cases generated in Event #1, apply assessment frameworks to rank AI opportunities, and then build their own personal agentic AI solutions using tools like Gemini Gems (mini-agents), Bolt.new (vibe coding), and Zapier Central (agent orchestration). The session emphasizes practical skill-building through peer collaboration, real-time testing, and tactical guidance on maximizing AI's autonomous features today while preparing for fully agentic enterprise offerings. The workshop concludes with tips for prompting, workflow design, and incremental AI adoption strategies that participants can deploy Monday morning.
