Welcoming all levels — This is a beginner-friendly practice open to everyone.
Classes — All classes are non-heated and run for 75 minutes (to allow for a bit of an opening), followed by a 15-minute period to gather yourself afterward.
RSVP REQUIRED — Door staff will be checking Luma registrations.

There is something within you that is ready to be expressed. This vinyasa practice with Morgan O'Hare is a creative, fluid exploration of breath and body — a moving meditation designed to connect you to the truth of who you are and what you are here to share with the world.
What to Expect
Through intentional, creative sequencing that flows like a dance between movement and breath, Morgan guides you inward first — past the noise, the self-doubt, and the performance — and toward the authentic current that runs beneath it all. The one that knows. The one that has always known.
This is not a practice about getting it right. It is a practice about letting it out. About creating the conditions within your own body for what lives inside you to finally move freely through you and into the world.
